PRESENT MOMENT
Sometimes we think we have it all planned out. What we will do in the next month, year, or five years from now. Then we find out we do not.
Not everything works out as anticipated. Circumstances change. Our ideas turn out not to be as we had imagined. The timing is off. Or simply, life has something else awaiting us.
We continue on our way reflecting on the past. Wondering why. Why things happened the way they did. What did we do wrong. And the endless ‘what ifs’ continue.
Then we beginning dreaming of a future. We spend the ‘now’ living in the ‘tomorrow’. Making up different scenarios of how things could turn out. All the while cheating ourselves of the present moment.
However, the fact remains that the past has happened. We are unable to change it. And the future is still waiting to happen. In the end, our focus becomes blurred if we neglect the present moment. Moments, which when combined, may lead to something greater. Something we never imagined.
