TO WAIT

Time seems to stands still after my return to my home in the States. The six hours difference helps not much as we both wait for the other to awaken or to return to work simply to be able to hear each other's voice for but a brief moment. But we promised...to wait.

Though an ocean separates us at the moment, we promised to wait for each other as no distance is too far to want to give up what we have waited so long to find and to have. Many would have given up by now, citing distance as the issue. With a love so strong, no issue exists which can separate us as we have tried but failed at giving up.

Though time passes slowly, I will wait. For you, for us, for the future we planned.
